ENTRY FEE AND DEADLINE
DEPOSIT Fee of $100 (Non-Refundable) due to YOUR State Director by January 15th! Balance to be paid
by entry deadline.
Entry Fee All Divisions (COED, Elite, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Women) -- $375 plus sanction fee if you do not
have a 2017 sanction number.
Deadline for entry is Friday, February 10th. Contact your State Director for entry into the tournament.
FORMAT
The tournament will be a three (3) game format. All teams should be ready to play on the dates/times listed
above. Tournament is a Live Draw on Facebook the Wednesday before the tournament starts and brackets
will be posted at the conclusion of the draw on Wednesday night.

Bronze – 0 and IEO
Silver – 2 and IEO
Gold – 3 and 1 up
Elite – 5 and 1 up
ROSTERS
Tournament will be a Paper Roster Tournament. Teams may either complete a Paper Roster at the
tournament site or bring their PlayNSA.com online roster with them. All players MUST have a government
issued photo id with them at the tournament site.
CONDITIONS
The Tournament committee reserves the right to change game times, playing fields, dates or format
including eliminating the loser’s bracket to complete the tournament. There is an assumption of risk in
competing in the Tournament and the Tournament Committee, City of Myrtle Beach, NSA, and any or all
sponsors are not liable for any accidents or injuries. The Tournament Committee will rule on all matters as
they occur. The Rule Protest Fee is $75.00 cash (refunded if protest is upheld). Entry into the tournament
constitutes agreement to these conditions.
BATS AND SOFTBALLS
All bats used in the World Series must bear NSA2012 logo. Player/team bats are subject to checks. Coaches
and Managers are responsible for checking to make sure all bats being used by their team have the NSA2012
logo on them. (Bat Protest fee is $200.00 - refunded if protest is upheld).
Teams must supply their own NSA approved 52/275 softballs. Softballs will be available at the tournament
site for purchase ($6/softball).
