Play days at school 25 and 26 July, 1 and 2 August 10-3
Come and play on the field! Plus art and craft, games and cooking, feed our
school chickens. Drop your child off and have some free time! These days are
run by school staff for Hannah More children to come on their own. Lunch and
snacks provided. £2 per child per day.
Tuesday 8 August - Windmill Hill City Farm
Family trip for parents with children. Travel by minibus, leaving school at 9.30
and returning at 3.30. Children will make a pizza, feed the animals and explore
the farm. Bring extra snacks or use the farm café. £2 per person.
Wednesday 9 August - Blaise Castle playground and museum
Coach leaves school at 10.00 and returns at 3.00. Big adventure playground and
country park with small museum. Bring a ball - and a bucket and spade if you
have one! Bring a picnic or use the café at Blaise. £1.50 per person.
Tuesday 15 August - Avon Valley Country Park
Coach leaves school at 9.30, back at 4.00pm. Massive country park with
animals, playgrounds, go-karts, boats, tractor rides and miniature railway.
Bring a picnic lunch or use the café. £3 per person.
Thursday 17 August - Freedog trampolining
Meet at Freedog (BS3 4RP) . Enjoy a subsidised 1-hour jump session. Please
note: no transport provided on this trip. Arrive at Freedog at 10.30 ready for
the session 11-12. £3 each person, spectators free.
Summer activities are subsidised by Friends of Hannah More
and are for Hannah More families only. Due to high demand,
families may book 2 trips maximum. School staff accompany
trips, but parents are responsible for their children at all
times. Tickets are available from the office from 10th July.
