Sonorities 2015 Submission Information Sheet: Installations
Please complete this form as thoroughly as possible and upload to the festival system following the
instructions on the website www.sonorities.org.uk . This is still required even if you have already provided
some of this information elsewhere in your submission. (You have the option there of uploading your
photos for the program booklet as well).
