View and create induction tasks
What you need to do
What you will see
STEP 1: Login
Login using your Pheme login details.
NOTE: Ensure you turn pop-up blocker off.
STEP 2: View your Dashboard
You will be able to view the Hiring manager Dashboard.
From here you will be able to access My new starters
STEP 3: Viewing New starters
From the right hand navigation menu, click My new
starters.
You will be presented with a list of all new starters.
STEP 4: View New starter tasks
From the onboarding dashboard you are able to view all
the Employee tasks and Hiring manager tasks for that
new starter.
To view only the Hiring Manager tasks, click Hiring
Manager task list.
Click on the task title to view the details of the task and
Mark as Complete.
Step 5: Create a new task
Create a new task by clicking Add new task located
above the existing task list.
You will be prompted to complete the relevant task
information. If you select Add to favourite, you will be
able to use this task for other new starters.

Step 6: Edit a task
Edit an existing task by clicking on the pencil icon
against the task.
Step 7: Add a favourite task
From my Favourite task list, click the Add icon next to a
task you created. You will be presented with the option
to modify the task prior to adding it.
Step 8: Notify new starter of changes
Click the Notify {name of employee} of updates link to
let them know you made changes to their task list.
