Update your data base – make sure everyone is in there and information is
correct – check to see if your agent wants to add new info like closing dates,
birthdates, etc
Check to see if your listing leads have moved
Email Buyer and Seller Leads to check on their status and if your agent can
provide any services/updates at this time
Prepare your marketing – check if changes should be made
Update your tracking systems
