U7s cannot move up due to different match format (7v7 rather than 5v5 - however, if 5v5 used at
U8 players can move up).
U8s cannot move up due to different competition format (max 3x4 rather than 3x2 week trophy
events).
U9s cannot move up as different competition format.
U10s cannot move to U11s due to different max match format (however if 7v7 used at U11 players
can move up).
U11s cannot move due to different max match format (however if 9v9 used at U12 players can
move up).
U7s CAN move up due to same max match format (5v5).
U8s cannot move up due to different competition format (max 3x4 rather than 3x2 week trophy

U9s CAN move up as same competition format.
