Fill-One introduces a patented filling cylinder and integrated piston
disc in place of traditional aerosol cap- so there’s nothing to clean.
SIMPLY remove the cylinder cap, piston disc, and spray nozzle, and
fill the cap with paint according to the formula.
Within seconds, you’ll have a custom blended aerosol ready-to-use
with NOTHING to clean...EVER!
MACHINE USE
NOTE: Safety glasses mandatory. Naked flame prohibited. Do not smoke.
Open door, remove
cup support.
Remove the cap
from the aerosol.
Remove the disk &
diffuser from the
aerosol cap.
Close door
securely to
activate filling
process.
Lower the platform.
Insert the empty
“aerosol/cup
support” assembly into
the machine.
After filling, open
door, remove
assembly from
housing.
Place the disk
on the piston
head. Press hard
upwards.
Remove cap from
cup support. Disk
indicates paint
color.
Place the cup
support on the
aerosol valve
and press hard
downwards.
Insert cap in
cup support.
Fill cap with
paint to
indicator line.
Place diffuser on
aerosol valve.
Snap cap onto
aerosol can.
Remove cup
support from
aerosol can.

*MasterBlend One-Stroke is designed to accommodate most solvent-blend systems. Some lacquers may require reduction with lacquer thinner prior to Fill-One usage.
As a starting point, we recommend 5 parts lacquer to 1 part thinner by volume. Always check the first can for application. If the spray is too coarse, additional reduction
is in order. Make sure that you use Fill-One specifications required for the can size of the reduced material for the optimum aerosol package.
