Description of the progressive practices should include
 Three man fastbreak description must include explanation as to why filling all three
lanes was so important
 Option 2 & 3 explanation must include explanation of how the variations allowed you
to score from each lane, why it was important to adapt your strategy
 Discuss how unopposed practices helped improve ability to work at speed
 Discuss how each step allowed you to practice the movements and became
progressively more demanding on your decision making skills and your skills within
Basketball as they became more game like (increase in players & defenders)
