Players run randomly about the grid passing to each other. Count how many passes players can make in 30 seconds. - Begin again at zero if a ball is dropped! Attackers attempt to make as many passes as possible without dropping the ball or the defender intercepting the ball. With a feeder on each side of the grid, position the other players in pairs at one end. The first attacker runs to receive a pass from the feeder, passes to his/her partner on the run who passes to the other feeder in turn. Repeat in the opposite direction. Alternate feeders regularly.
