IP Office Integrated Contact reporter
Current Problem Description:
• IP Office is lacking Real Time Monitoring and Reporting of Hunt Group
Agents as well general reporting for all users/calls.
• Third Party solutions from Xima do exceptionally well in this market
• Why not use IPOCC?
– Too complicated to install/maintain
– Separate servers cost more than IP Office
• How can this be done?
– Leverage IP Office Hunt Groups and VMPro for Call Flows and
Agent/Supervisor functionality
– Leverage IP office application server to host web application for agents,
reports and real-time
– Leverage IPOCC Agent Desktop experience to provide consistent look and
feel
5
IP Office Integrated Contact reporter
• Small (5-25 Agent) voice only hunt group Contact reporter
• Fill the gap where IPOCC and ACCS are not present today
• Web based UI for Agent call control
• Web based UI for Supervisor real time and historical reporting
• English only agent and supervisor UI initially – plan to localise in
subsequent Service Pack
• Immediately available on install and enabled by license
