For taking the time to complete a brief survey on their Apple Federal Credit Union in-branch
experience, one (1) lucky member will be selected each month to receive $50! To qualify, Apple
members simply need to visit the website noted at the bottom of their teller receipt and
complete a short satisfaction survey. Each completed survey will then be automatically entered
into a drawing for that month's $50 cash deposit grand prize.
Winner
All members who complete a satisfaction survey will be entered into random drawing for that
month's $50 grand prize. When selected, the winning member will be notified on or about the
15th of the following month by an Apple Marketing Department staff member.
Official Rules
1. Must be an Apple FCU member, 18 years of age or older and in good standing (i.e. no
negative balances or past due payments) to qualify for participation.
2. Eligibility contingent upon completion of a member survey. Each completed survey will
then be automatically entered into a drawing for that month's $50 cash deposit grand
prize.
3. Drawings will be held on or about the 15th of the following month. One winner will be
selected each month to receive a $50 credit to their Credit Union Savings account.
4. Winners will be notified by phone or email by an Apple representative. Prizes will be
awarded within 30 days of award notification.
5. Prize winners will be responsible for any applicable federal, state or local tax liability.
6. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes.
7. Apple employees, Board members and their family are not eligible to participate in the
Sweepstakes.
8. The number of participating members will determine the odds of winning.
