Chatterbox:
Fast Track Program:
The Chatterbox “Fast
Track” Speech Program
is designed for children
with mild articulation or
sound delays. The Fast
Track program is an
intense 8 week program
that consists of 6
individualized speech
therapy sessions along
with a concentrated
home program. Each
session is approximately
30 minutes long and
includes individualized
therapy along with
parent support for home
practice.
Group Workshops:
These 8-9 week
workshops run in the
Fall, Spring, and
Summer. The workshops
provide opportunities for
children to learn and
practice basic language
fundamentals, early
speech skills, and social
skills to increase their
overall communication
skills through interactive
game and play activities.
What do Occupational
Therapists treat?
• Fine-motor skills: pencil grasp, hand
writing, manipulation of objects
• Gross-motor skills: balance, jumping,
skipping, bilateral coordination
• Behavior: due to sensory issues
• Deficits in daily living: toileting, dressing,
personal hygiene, sleep, learning, play, and
social skills

Meet Amy- our newest

Amy has been working at Chatterbox since 2014. She graduated from
University of Washington in 2008 with her Masters of Occupational
Therapy. She has worked with kids in the outpatient setting and in
early intervention. Her professional interests include sensory
processing difficulties, motor coordination difficulties, and feeding
difficulties. Her personal interested include reading, sewing,
running, gardening, and anything outdoors. A fun fact about Amy is
that she has been skydiving in Australia!

If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled therapy
appointment, we will be unable to treat your child. If possible, please give
us a call if you know you are going to arrive late to your appointment.
Please be respectful of your therapist’s and other client’s time.
Message from the Owners
Consistent attendance is extremely important for your child’s
progress! Need to cancel an appointment? Please ask your therapist or
the front office staff about rescheduling! Reminder: Please be
respectful of your child’s therapist’s time by canceling your appointment
at least 24 hours in advance. If your monthly attendance falls below 80%,
your child will be placed on our wait list.
