----Dear Prof. Seaman,
Thank you very much for following up with me. I know I am a little behind. The sudden change of
schedule was confusing to me. Monday is really a tough day for me compared to Wednesday which is
what was on the original syllabus. I have to rely on recordings for most of the sessions. I will try my best
to catch up on all the assignments in the following two weeks. I have submitted the first one.
I just want to double-check if we have a full list of video recordings on Moodle. I only found one beyond
the first class I have attended.
Thank you very much and I will start Session Three’s assignment right now.
Sincerely,
Robert

----This sample was provided by one of our valued clients with their permission. We are proud to
show you just how effective our writing coaches can be at helping you improve your writing and
language skills.
This is an example of a quick email used in daily communications. Our client had missed an
assignment due to an unscheduled change to the syllabus, and needed to make sure that he
would be given an opportunity to earn full credit. He was able to articulate his position and was
allowed to turn in the work without penalty. This showcases what our team can do to help you
get the most out of your correspondence.
As mentioned on our website, we use Inline Editing to correct your grammar, spelling and word
usage errors and the Sideline Suggestions that you can use to give your work a more polished
look. Suggested sentence changes are highlighted in yellow within the comments so that you
can easily copy and paste them into your writing sample as needed. It’s up to you to determine
how close to a native-English speaker you want your written work to look.
