Shoulder warm up
-Stand in 3 lines with about 3 or 4
persons in each line.
-It is important that the player is making
a hard pressure against the goal, where
the focus has to be that the player is
looking at the goal (noose and foot in goal
direction) and that the arm is in a high
position (elbow over shoulder).
-After passing, is the player running back
in her own line again (different types of
running).
Bratislava 5/12-2016
-The first players in attacking with the ball
again the left cone, playing to the right back,
who is receiving the ball in a forward
movement to the goal.
-The first player is now making a movement
around the back cone and makes a new
pressure against the right cone, receiving the
ball for the right back.
-The first player is now making a 1 against 1
movement and crosses the right back, etc.
( ) min
Keeper warm up
-The playmaker is making a movement to the
left cone, and plays the ball to the right back,
which are making a direct run against the
goal.
-Now the same playmaker are making a
movement over to the right cone, where he is
receiving the ball from the right back and
jumps on the first step.
-Afterwards is it the same from left side. The
player is shooting in a direct shoot.
-2 lines, where the player on swifts are
running on the other side of the trainer, and
makes a shoot direct to the hip.
-Important that the player are jumping
directly forward to the goalkeeper.
-Variation could be with a pass to the other
line.

Corporation exercises between wing-back
A: Pressure from leftback on the outside
The back players is attacking on the inside of the defender, to open the room on the outside,
makes a 1 against 1 movement to the left site, and plays the wing player for a shoot (Different
starting positions for the wing player).
*Important that the last step in the movement is against goal between defender 1 and 2.
For right handed players is the foot work: right, right left and the upper sit for left handed
players on the right site.
B: Pressure from wing player to back
After the wing shoot, the wing player’s moves back to the wing-position, takes ball nr. 2 and
makes a pressure between defender 1 and 2, and plays the left back on a forward movement.
The left back has to try to jump on the first step after receiving the ball.
*Important that the last step from the wing is against the goal (pass with the arm high).
**The last step from the left back has to be short, so he can jump high and not so much
forward to the defends.
****Same exercises, but now with defenders, so we also are
training in making the right decisions. Do the player have to shoot
or pass.
Notice: that you only are playing with on ball now. Be a ware that
the players still has to move as the exercises before.

Corporation exercises between playmaker-pivot
Playmaker and pivot corporation
Playmaker is making an opening movement to the left site, and plays the long pass to the right
back. The right back is then making a pressure to the goal, and in the same is the playmaker
moving, without the ball, to the right site.
Right back is now playing the playmaker (important that the right back is keeping his foot
and nose direction to the goal). The playmaker has to attack the left 3.defender and play the
pivot in the room behind the left 3.defender. The pivot has to block on the inside of the right
3.defender.
Same exercises as before
The players have to make the same
movements as before, but know there is a
defender in the game. The defender can
choose to tackle the playmaker or stay
defensive at the pivot and make a block.
Do the player have to shoot or pass.
Next step is with to defenders, so you are
playing 2 against 2 with the same
movements.

Individual technical exercises
A: Wing exercises with focus on getting the arm high in the jump and make force on the last
step.
The ball is placed on the cone or on the floor (depends on level of the player). The wing player
now has to pickup the ball and by one step, making a good chance from the wing by jumping
into the best possible angel.
B: The back player opens the field by making a pressure between 1 and 2 (with or without
ball), and makes a run over the middle, receiving the ball in a forward movement direction
goal and jump and shoot on the 1. Step outside 9-meter. The shoot has to be between 2. And 3.
Defender.
C: Playmaker can start with or receive the ball shortly before shooting. The option now is to
make different footwork movement, direction goal. In the case showing at the picture, is the
idea that the playmaker is stepping on the first marker, makes to step behind the marker and
place the left foot and the second marker and so on. (This is not a movement for the match,
but a way of training the coordination and generates power in the shoot on first step.)
D: The pivot is standing in a block on the inside of the 2.defender. Make sure that the right
foot is placed so the pivot can jump directly after receiving the ball. The pass has to be played
in the 6-meter area. The pivot has to jump high and notice the goal keeper reaction.
Notice: Quality instead of quantity!!!!!

A: Rocket – 1. And 2.fase
The wing player are starting
with the ball, plays it to the
keeper. Now the wing player has
to sprint down the sideline and
the left back is running a bit
slower behind him (important
that both players are running
“on” the sideline).
Left back is receiving a short
good and hard pass from the
goalkeeper, and makes a hard
and précises pass to the wing
that shoots.
After the pass from the left back
to the wing, then the left back
has to sprint to the 9-meter.
B: Same exercises, but now the
wing player is playing the ball
back to the left back, that has to
time his run, so he jumps on the
first step outside 9-meter.
Notice: Same build up with the
playmaker and pivot. But
important that the playmaker
and pivot isn’t running in one
line.

Fast break build up – 3 against 1+2
Fast break builds up where the
attack is playing 3 against 1+2.
It is not allowed for the attackers
to dribble and the defenders
cannot cross the middle line.
The defenders have free choice of
movement on the half where they
are defending.
Important that the left and right
back are running wide, but they
have to free them self from the
defenders and if necessary run
back or into the field so they can
receive the ball.
It is also very important that the 3
attackers isn’t running on a
straight line, but that the
playmaker is laying deeper in the
field, except when he is free to go
at the goal.
Next step: Playing with 2
defenders on both half’s.
Eventually with pivot starting at
the middle and with 3 defenders
on the last half. In that way it is
going to be 3 against 2 + 4 against
3.
