The Gumby Café prepaid card provides quick checkout at the register and there is
no need to carry cash or your credit/debit card. You can also manage your account
yourself online.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I use my Gumby Café card? You can use your card to pay for purchases
in the Gumby Café. At this time, it will not work for purchases in the Gumby Express
in the Distribution Center North Oasis and it will not work in our vending machines.
How do I register my Gumby Café Card? You can register your Gumby Café Card
on the Eurest Zip thru web site at: thegumbycafe.zipthrucashless.com Even if you
don’t plan to manage your card online, you should register your card in case it is lost
so we can easily replace it.
What is my account number? Your account number is the 12 digit number printed on
the back of your Gumby Café card. We recommend you write your number here
and keep this information in a file.

What happens if my account number is not accepted on the website? Contact
[email protected] for assistance.
My card was replaced so I have a new number; what do I do? Please e-mail:
[email protected] so we can arrange to move your account balance to your new card.
Do I need to keep a minimum balance in my Gumby Café card account? There is no
minimum required.
How do I add money to my Gumby Café card? Simply register a credit or debit card
online to add money to your Gumby Café card (see instructions on the next page).
You can choose to manually reload your account or set it up to automatically reload a preset amount. You may also load your card at the cashier station in the
Gumby Café using cash, or a credit or debit card.
How long does it take for my account to update after adding money? The money is
added to your account immediately. We recommend you confirm your account
balance via the website.
Is my credit card information secure on the Zip thru website? Absolutely! All credit
card information retained on the website is encrypted with the latest technology.
Once entered, your information is not viewable by anyone. In addition, the site utilizes Verisign® for all credit card transactions, a recognized standard processor for
credit card authorizations over the Internet. In addition the website is protected by
current SSL technology with up to date encryption features.
What credit/debit cards are accepted? American Express, VISA, MasterCard
(including MasterCard debit) and Discover.
Are there any fees associated with my Gumby Café card account? There are no
fees associated with any purchase, transaction or adding money to your account.
Can I cancel my account or get a refund of my Gumby Café card balance? Absolutely! Please contact the café manager to arrange a refund. On notice they will be
able to check your account balance, close your account and refund the remaining
value.

then go to:
