KING OF THE GRILL APPLICATION 2017
Thank you for registering interest in competing at Grillstock Festival 2017.
The Festival will be taking place on 1st & 2nd July, Bristol Harbourside.
Competition Entry Fees:
The full entry fee is £150.00 per team. This is a non-refundable.
If your application is successful, you will be required to pay the full entry fee by the date stated on the
invoice. If payment is not received, your place will be allocated to the next team on the reserve list.
You will be issued with an invoice, upon confirmation.
Competition Rules and Supplies:
Competition meat for the four core rounds ‘at least’ will be provided to all teams, but you must provide your
own cooking equipment and fuel. Further information on rules and the competition will be sent out to all
teams in due course.
Selection Process:
We have space for 30 teams to compete again in 2017 but last year we received well over 100
applications. This means unfortunately we cannot accommodate everyone that applies.
As in previous years, the teams that have supported Grillstock in the past and competed historically will be
given preference however, as places are extremely limited and to ensure new teams have a chance at
getting involved we will be allocating a certain number of competition spots in 2017 based on the answers
and information contained in your completed completed form and attachments.

Grillstock will provide each team with a 13amp power connection. If you think you may need more than this,
please let us know, and list your electrical equipment below:
Please let us know if you will be bringing any form of trailer / smoker to the event. We will need to
know the dimensions, whether it needs to be vehicle towed, if it is towed, what vehicle will be
towing it, etc. the more detail the better:

PAYMENT & TERMS & CONDITIONS
Full payment must be made according to the terms set above.
It is within the rights of Grillstock Ltd to cancel your place to compete if payment is not made within the terms.
Team entry includes up to six Grillstock competitor passes. These will be allocated nearer the time of the event.
