Operations Research is one of the most important analysis and decision making tools.
To apply Quantitative Methods and computer software efficiently may be one of the major
elements of a successful organization. The objective of this course is to improve the
students' ability to formulate Mathematic Models and use it to solve the real problems.
Upon course completion, the students should be able to:
1. Realize the basic concepts and theoretical knowledge of Operations Research,
2. Understand the true means of quantitative data, and use the relative skill to solve the
management problems,
3. Obtain the ability for the further study and research.
