Dan Connolly is a trial lawyer who has tried and coordinated commercial, product
liability and personal injury cases nationwide in all stages of litigation, including jury
trials, appeals, arbitrations and settlements. Dan focuses his practice on product
liability claims, sports law, aviation and defending claims of sexual misconduct. He is a
member of Faegre Baker Daniels' products liability group nationally ranked by
Chambers USA and "Highly Recommended" in Legal Media Group's Life Sciences
edition.

and former players against the National Football League and the National Hockey
League, a dispute surrounding the potential sale and relocation of the Minnesota
Timberwolves, a dispute among the owners of the Minnesota Vikings, and various

Religious Institution Litigation and Counseling
Dan has represented and counseled many religious and professional organizations
regarding legal and legislative issues, including interdenominational disputes. Dan has
also advised religious organizations on the prevention of and response to claims of
sexual misconduct. He heads a practice at the firm that has represented many
denominations and professional organizations in almost 100 sexual misconduct
lawsuits throughout the country and has been consulted with respect to hundreds
more that did not result in litigation.
