THIS WEEK - NSW COUNTRY RUGBY
CHAMPIONSHIPS
There will be no local Rugby played this weekend on the
coast.
Our Central Coast Representative teams will be away in
Port Macquarie contesting the Country
Championships. Terrigal has a number of representatives
headed by Sam Kenny, Ethan McInnes, Joe Taylor and
Daniel Hilton.
Good luck to everyone who is playing in the
Championships this weekend.

May
Trojans will play Gosford at The Haven on 6
May. Gosford will be a tough match, as always, so the
teams will be preparing well for this next home game.

TERRIGAL JUNIORS MAKE US PROUD
Last Monday the Terrigal U13s played NZ visiting team,
Ruawai JMB Rugby Club, at The Haven. The boys held a
dinner the night before the match at the Breakers Country
Club to get to know each other and were billeted by the
Trojan families.
The game was played in great spirits with both Clubs
taking a lot out of the encounter which on this occasion
was won by the Terrigal side.

Service, the Ruawai Club again performed the Haka at 7
am as part of the ceremony. It is a great effort to be able
to make a visiting Club part of our community on such a
special day.
Well done to everyone in our Junior Club who worked so
hard to make this visit a success.

AVOCA DAY - 13 MAY 2017
Don't forget to put in your diaries the upcoming Avoca
Game which will be played at The Haven in the first round
on 13 May 2017.
Get ready for a big test of rugby between the two
traditional seaside rivals.

Day on Saturday 27 May when the Trojans will be playing
Ourimbah at The Haven.

our home matches with the winner announced at the
Senior Presentation at the end of the year.
