Rules of the Prize Game “Love is in the air!”
1. General provisions
The rules below set out the process by which the prize game is to be conducted and the terms and
conditions of participation. Organiser of the prize game: Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.o.o., Zgornji Brnik 130a,
4210 Brnik, VAT nr.: SI 12574856 (hereinafter referred to as: organizer). Executant of the prize game:
iPROM, d.o.o., Ulica Ivice Pirjevčeve 16, 1211 Ljubljana - Šmartno, VAT nr.: SI83333193 (hereinafter
referred to as: executant). Awarder of the prize is Sava Turizem d.d., owner of the brand Sava Hotels &
Resorts (hereinafter referred to as: awarder).
The prize game shall be conducted in Slovenia and shall run from February 14 to February 20, 2017. By
taking part in the prize game, participants accept these general terms and conditions and confirm that
they are familiar with them and that they agree to abide by them.
2. Purpose of the prize game
The purpose of the prize game “Love is in the air!” (hereinafter referred to as: prize game) is to promote
Aerodrom Ljubljana’s services on Facebook. Advertisement and participation shall take place in
accordance with the regulations on the advertising of services represented by the contracting authority.
3. Participants
Any individual with permanent residence in Slovenia may take part in the prize game. Foreigners can also
take part in the prize game. Organisers of the prize game, employees of iPROM, d.o.o., their immediate
family members (spouse, extra-marital partner, parents, children) or persons employed by Aerodrom
Ljubljana, d.o.o. directly involved in conducting the prize game may not take part in the prize game.
A person may only participate in the prize game in their own name. They confirm that all the personal
details sent are exclusively their own personal details and that they agree with these rules.
4. Method of participation
Participation in the prize game involves publishing a comment on posts relating to the prize content. Only
those participants who comment on content in the course of the prize game may take part in the
draw.Individuals may participate in the prize game on more than one occasion. Passengers of Ljubljana
Airport may also participate in the prize game, by posting their selfie photo from Valentine’s Corner (in the
airport terminal) on Facebook Page of Aerodrom Ljubljana.
The purchase of Aerodrom Ljubljana products or services is not a condition for participation in the prize
game. Any costs of participation (internet access) shall be met by the participant. A participant may
terminate their participation at any time. Termination may be requested by e-mail to the organiser’s e-mail
address. By terminating their participation, a participant excludes themselves from further participation in
the prize game and from all purposes for which personal and other data produced by the prize game is
processed.
The prize game winner will be announced on Facebook Page of Aerodrom Ljubljana:
https://www.facebook.com/AerodromLjubljana.
Any use of false or double profiles, or the suspected use of such profiles, shall result in exclusion of the
participant from the prize game.
5. Prize
The winner of the prize game will win a romantic weekend package for 2 persons Gozdne Vile Glamping
in Bled. The awarder is Sava Turizem d.d. The winner can use the prize in 12 months from the end date
of the prize game (20. 2. 2017). The reservation can be made through telephone 00386 4 579 1600 or email [email protected] by presenting the code, which the winner will receive on the prize voucher.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, nor may any cash equivalent be requested. A prizewinner may not transfer
their prize to a third party.
6. Draw, awarding of prizes and notification of prizewinners
The draw shall take place on 21.2.2017 at the head office of the organizer and shall be conducted by a
commission approved by the organizer. The draw shall be conducted so that one user who meets the
requirements referred to in Article 4 is drawn randomly and electronically from among those supplying
comments published under posts relating to the prize game. The draw shall be recorded on computer or a
record maintained of the draw. The record shall be stored at the organiser’s head office in accordance
with these rules.
A list of prizewinners shall be published within a Note “Winner of prize game Love is in the air!” on the
Facebook page of Aerodrom Ljubljana upon conclusion of the prize game. By taking part in the prize
game, all participants expressly and irrevocably consent to the publication of their name, surname and
place of residence on the timeline and in a note. The results of the draw shall be final and no appeals
permitted.
The organiser and executant shall review all comments published and reserve the right to disqualify a
participant if:
- they infringe the rules;
- they fail to respond to a request from the organiser within 72 hours or publish incorrect details, or
if it is not possible to establish contact with them for any other reason;
- a comment is offensive or vulgar, mentions specific people or has content that contravenes
Slovenian law.
7. Receipt of prize
In order to receive a prize, a participant must meet the conditions referred to in Article 3, and consent to
the rules and the terms and conditions of participation in the prize game. If their name is drawn in the
prize draw, they shall send the details that the organiser requires in order to send them the prize (name
and surname, street name, postcode, place of residence and e-mail address) to the organiser by private
message within 3 days. If a winner fails to send the required precise and correct information on time, they
shall be deemed to have refused the price and the organiser shall be free of its obligation regarding the
delivery of the prize to the winner. In this case, the prize shall not be awarded.
Prizes shall be sent to the prizewinners by post, with the postal costs being met by the organiser. The
organiser may agree on another method of delivery with the prizewinner if delivery by post is not possible.
The organiser assumes no liability for any lost or damaged postal consignments. A prize shall be deemed
to have been delivered to a prizewinner when the organiser dispatches it to the address stated by the
prizewinner. The organiser assumes no liability for its actual delivery. Should it not be possible to deliver
the prize to the prizewinner or if the prize is returned to the organiser, the prizewinner shall be deemed to
have refused the prize, which shall remain unawarded.
The organiser reserves the right not to award a prize if:
- there are doubts regarding the authenticity of the details supplied;
- a prizewinner fails to meet the conditions for receiving a prize;
- it is established that a participant participated in the prize game contrary to the rules and the
terms and conditions of the prize game;
- the prizewinner fails to supply the additional information required by the organiser for awarding of
the prize by private Facebook message within three days;
- in other cases in which the awarding of the prize is not possible or would not be lawful.
8. Exclusion of liability
The organiser and executant shall accept no liability for:
- the functioning or non-functioning of the Facebook social networking service;
- all other activities on the Facebook social networking service;
- any consequences that participants may suffer as a result of participation in the prize game or
prize draw;
- undelivered prizes;
- any consequences relating to the use of prizes.
9. Personal data protection
All personal data shall be protected in accordance with these rules, the general regulations of the
organiser of the prize game relating to personal data protection, and the Personal Data Protection Act
(ZVOP-1).
Participants in the prize game expressly agree that the organiser of the prize game shall use the personal
data provided by the participants within the context of participation in the prize game for the purposes of
the prize game. By participating in the prize game, the participants also agree to allow the organiser of the
prize game or its authorised representatives or subcontractors to use their personal data (e.g. Facebook
contact data, e-mail and/or phone number) for the purpose of informing them of promotional campaigns,
new products, prize competitions and other promotional activities, with an option to unsubscribe. The
organiser may process the aforementioned data for its own purposes until the revocation of consent or for
a maximum of 5 years after the prize draw. While their personal data is being administered, participants
shall have the right to view and update their personal data in the database.
10. Tax liabilities
An individual who is to receive a prize shall be a taxpayer under the Income Tax Act, with the gross value
of the prize being included in the prizewinner’s tax base. The awarder shall calculate and make a
personal income tax prepayment in accordance with the applicable regulations on prizes whose gross
value exceeds the legally prescribed value for the payment of income tax. The awarder shall calculate
income tax prepayment and withhold withholding tax simultaneously with the calculation of other income
in accordance with the applicable regulations. Any other tax liabilities or income tax adjustments in
accordance with an annual income tax ruling shall be borne by the prizewinner.
11. Documentation
The organiser shall retain documentation relating to the prize game as follows: documentation relating to
the organisation and implementation of the prize game and these rules shall be kept at the organiser’s
premises for three (3) years; documentation relating to prizewinners (personal data notices, tax
documentation) shall be kept in accordance with the applicable tax and accounting regulations. After the
expiry of the above periods, the organiser shall destroy the documentation in accordance with its by-laws.
12. Access to rules of the prize game
Rules of the prize game can be accessed on the website www.lju-airport.si by all participants.
13. Other provisions
The organiser assumes no liability for delayed or inappropriate posts. The prize game organiser’s
decisions on all issues relating to the prize game and the rules pertaining to it shall be final and shall
apply to all participants. In the event of any dispute or uncertainty, these rules shall be deemed primary in
relation to any other publication, whether in printed, electronic or any other form. The authentic
interpretation of these rules shall be determined exclusively by the organiser.
The organiser of the prize game reserves the right to amend these rules if required for legal, technical or
commercial reasons. It shall notify participants of any changes to these rules by providing notice on the
Facebook page of Aerodrom Ljubljana in posts mentioning the prize game rules.
The prize game is not organised by the Facebook social networking service. Facebook assumes no
liability for any claims resulting from the prize game. Facebook neither sponsors nor administers the prize
game, has not explicitly authorised it and is not connected with it. All information submitted by individuals
participating in the prize game shall be communicated to the organiser or the contracting authority and not
to the Facebook social networking service.
Any dispute arising from the prize game that cannot be settled amicably shall be settled by the competent
court in Ljubljana. These rules shall come into force on the day they are adopted.
