test on the Saturday 30 September if they wish. Please write on entry
form if you are able to do dressage test on the Saturday.

be made and if you don’t have your flu vaccination certificate with you, you
will be eliminated from the competition which could result in the elimination
of your team.

restricted to what classes they can compete in on the Saturday as per the
following One level Show Jumping and One level Style Jumping

after the completion of the day’s activities. Hospitality refreshments will

scores are being calculated.
8. All care will be taken to ensure that times allocated are reasonable but in the
event of one rider having more than one ride this might not always be. It is
the Club’s responsibility to ensure that any clashes are resolved prior to the
date of the Championships as no changes will be accepted with riders on
multiple rides on the day.
Any clashes with riders riding in different disciplines will be allowed up to 7
days prior to the event. Please note that changes to times will not be
allowed just because the time is inconvenient to the rider!
If a horse or rider has to withdraw through injury or illness and a replacement
is required it is advisable that the replacement rider / horse are eligible for the
class where the withdrawal is made. Changes to different classes in these
circumstances can only be made if a space is available in the class the
replacement rider / horse wishes to enter.
9. Refund Policy. If there is a genuine reason for horse or rider having to
withdraw due to illness or veterinary diagnosis, then the rider must
present a doctor’s certificate or a veterinary certificate detailing the
reason why the withdrawal had to be made. In the case of a refund being
made a 25% administration fee will be deducted from the entry fee.

individuals.

protectors must be checked. Hats will be tagged at the Secretary’s office and
back protectors are checked prior to going on the XC by the XC steward.

your members know that the Secretary will not deal with individual riders.
13.There will be a Team Manager’s meeting 45 minutes prior to the time of
the commencement of the competition on both days. If the designated
Team Manager is unable to attend this meeting, then your Club must

will be put in place:

team in each discipline. In the event of a club not being able to field a full
team then that club will be allowed 2 individuals representing them in each
discipline. This is subject to Clubs fulfilling the criteria of having nominated
volunteers to help at the Championships.
 If after the first ballot there is still capacity for further entries then all team
names will be placed in a ballot box and drawn in order to fill the remaining
team places. All other teams will be placed on a wait list.
 If space still permits, then individual entries will be accepted.
