VME Corporate Games
Get in the Game.
Villa Maria Elementary School is pleased to invite you to participate in
our first annual Corporate Games. Corporate Games is an event that
brings together companies of all sizes to compete in a collection of
games. This is a great opportunity to enjoy some time with your
coworkers, encourage a healthy and active lifestyle, build company
teamwork, and have fun! It is also the gateway to a year’s worth of
bragging rights for the winner! Corporate Games will take place on
Saturday, June 21st, 2014 on the Villa Maria Campus at 2551 West 8th
Street.
The cost for teams to participate is $500 for a 10-person team. Cost
includes a picnic lunch and an event t-shirt. Companies are permitted
to submit multiple teams. We want to know what it would take to get
you in the game, so make sure you let us know which events you’d
like to see at Corporate Games on the team registration form. Events
will be scheduled based off interest and number of teams.
Team registration forms, sponsorship forms, and vendor forms should
be returned to VME by Friday, May 16th. Once teams are registered,
you will receive a packet outlining events, the day’s schedule, points
system, awards, clearances, etc.

Registration will begin at 8am on Saturday, June 21st, and events will
begin at 9am. Closing ceremonies and awards will take place around
5pm. VME Corporate Games will take place rain or shine. Family and
friends not participating are invited to attend and watch the games and
check out vendors. Teams are also invited to set up their own team
tent (10x10) on our campus for the day. Provide a home base for your
team and guests, and feel free to bring food, chairs, and tables –
whatever you think your team needs to win! Please note: this is an
alcohol-free event, but we invite you to join us for a post-games
celebration at the Sandbar to celebrate your wins or mourn your
losses.
Proceeds from VME Corporate Games will benefit Villa Maria
Elementary School. We look forward to seeing you and your team out
on the field. Get ready for a fun and exciting event, and may the best
company win!
