Each Member association can enter the following number of
players/pairs per event:
 Singles (BS/GS) – a maximum of 4 players per event.
 Doubles (BD/GD) – a maximum of 2 pairs per event.
 Mixed Doubles – a maximum of 4 pairs per event.
According BPAC regulations, host Member Association can enter the
following number of players/pairs per event:
 Singles (BS/GS) – a maximum of 6 players per event.
 Doubles (BD/GD) – a maximum of 3 pairs per event.
 Mixed doubles – a maximum of 6 pairs per event.

case you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, since
July of 2014 all MAs can create BWF ID’s through Online Entry System.

Please ensure that the organizer and BPAC will be informed immediately
when a player has to withdraw, together with the reason.
Attention: Any withdrawal after the Sunday immediately preceding the
draw, for any reason whatsoever, renders the Member Association
concerned liable to an amount of $150.00 for the inconvenience caused
by the withdrawal (as defined in BWF General Competition Regulations).

Badminton Ontario will offer transportation from the airport to the
official Hotel, and the venue, only when booking reservations with the
official Booking Form for the Official Hotels.
According BPAC regulations, for all tournaments the player’s name and
the country on the back of the shirts is mandatory. (BWF GCR, referring
player’s clothing, designs, advertising and lettering), please see the
attached file BWF – GCR Part III - Uniforms
Take note of the latest update on GCR BWF – referring to the names of
the players on the back of the shirt must comply with the name
registered on BWF – player’s data base.
