Step 1: Set-Up Your LCMC User ID & Password
Imprivata Single Sign-On with Your UMCNO ID Badge & LCMC User ID
ALL IMPRIVATA ACCOUNTS LINKED TO A LSU USER ID HAVE BEEN INACTIVATED.
REGISTER YOUR UMCNO ID BADGE TO IMPRIVATA USING YOUR LCMC USER ID.
1) Tap your badge on the barcode reader
2) Do you want to enroll this card now? Select YES
3) Confirm your identity:
LCMC USER NAME: firstname.lastname (no special characters (i.e. -, ‘, etc.))
LCMC PASSWORD will either be:
(1) Your password used to login at Children’s/Touro
OR
(2) Your EPIC password if you do not/have not worked at Children’s Touro
DOMAIN: LCMC Health
OR
Login to a UMCNO Workstation/Computer
LCMC USER NAME: firstname.lastname (no special characters (i.e. -, ‘, etc.))
LCMC PASSWORD will either be:
 Your password used to login at Children’s/Touro or
 Your EPIC password if you do not/have not worked at Children’s/Touro
DOMAIN: LCMC Health
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO LOGIN FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE, PLEASE CALL THE HELP DESK: 702-HELP (4357).
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCEED FURTHER UNTIL YOU CALL THE HELP DESK TO RESOLVE THE LOGIN ISSUE.
By June
10, you must be using your LCMC User ID & Password to use Imprivata,
to manually login to a UMC workstation, & to access EPIC remotely/off-campus.

Step 2: You must be on the LCMCHealth Network to access
MyInfo
1) In the address bar of your web-browser, type myinfo. MyInfo.lcmchealth.org/ will appear.
2) Click on the DIRECTORY UPDATE hyperlink to setup your LCMC ID:

ENTER YOUR LCMC CREDENTIALS
User Name: firstname.lastname
Password will be either:
 your password used to login at Children’s/Touro
 OR your EPIC password if you do not/have not
worked at Children’s/Touro
Click LOG IN
4) Select the PASSWORD MANAGEMENT tab.
5) Select the SECURITY QUESTIONS button to set your security questions & answers.
a) To continue, enter your current password and Submit.
b) Click the drop down arrow to select a question. Type the answer in the box below the
question. Continue until all questions are answered, then click Submit and log off.

Step 3: Login to EPIC
From the LCMC desktop, login to EPIC.
LCMC USER NAME will be either:
1. Your LSU User ID, if that’s what you have always used to login to EPIC.
OR
2. Your LCMC User ID (firstname.lastname) if you have never logged in to EPIC at UMCNO
before.
PASSWORD: Your LCMC password

A: Reset Password
LCMC Health Password
1) At UMCNO: Select Ctrl+Alt+DeleteChange Password
2) Remotely:
a) Login to Virtual Desktop.
b) In the address bar of your web-browser, type myinfo. MyInfo.lcmchealth.org/ will appear.
c) Select the Password Reset hyperlink.
d) Enter USER NAME and the code shown. Continue.
e) Complete all fields and security questions as required.
3) If you cannot remember your password, call the Help Desk at 702-HELP.

LSU HCSD Password
As a reminder to all current LSU Faculty, Fellows, Residents, Instructors, and
Students, you will use your LSU ID & LCMC password to login to EPIC.
However, you will still need to maintain your LSU HCSD password in order to access LSU email and
the LSU Network.
