Rules: All business must be submitted through approved Chelsea Insurance Group carriers and must be
issued and still in force on Dec 1, 2013. You must submit a copy of the front page of application and a
copy of the payment page to us for it to count. All carriers’ production counts except for Gerber
Guarantee Issue. This contest is for Final Expense Sales Only, no Medicare supplement business will
count for this contest.
Cash Prize levels
Minimum Production Level $20,000 = $250 Cash
Minimum Production Level $30,000 = $500 Cash
Minimum Production Level $40,000 = $750 Cash
Minimum Production Level $50,000 = $1,000 Cash
*All incentive winners will be sent a 1099 for the amount of cash prizes over $600
