The Evaluation Criteria Relevance o Example: How important are the skill gaps for business operations? How much do the gaps limit internationalization and growth of the ITeS sector? Universe of beneficiaries and spillovers o Example: How large is the universe of beneficiaries? Will there be beneficiaries outside the participating partnership that will benefit due to spillovers? The Evaluation Criteria Project design o Example: Does the proposal have clear objectives that are observable and measurable? Are the relevant activities connected to the objectives and the targets? Budget, cost per trainee and contribution by partners o Example: Is there a clear and feasible budget plan? Are the costs realistic? Are goods fully and clearly described (and not lumped in abstract categories)? The Evaluation Criteria Quality assurance o Example: Is there a strategy to ensure quality of the training? What is the quality record of the providers? Sustainability o Example: Is there a strategy to sustain these efforts after the funding from the IDB project is depleted?
