AND THE GATORBONE TRIO
Two exciting and nationally-acclaimed bands take the stage to
present an evening of Bluegrass music unlike any other. Ernie
Evans & The Florida State Bluegrass Band is known for their
strong lead vocals, classic hits and the ability to bridge the
gap between contemporary and traditional styles. Then, Scott
Anderson, Lon and Lis Williamson – The Gatorbone Trio – take
the stage with a mixture of original, traditional and contemporary
tunes ranging in influence from old-time to jazz.

• When moving, use old newspapers to wrap fragile materials.
• For cleaning chores, buy reusable mops, rags and sponges.
• Use moving boxes with the highest content of recycled paper and bubble wrap containing
recycled plastic. Be sure to recycle packaging materials after your move. Many organizations,
such as U-Haul, have places where you can drop of unused boxes for others to reuse.
• Most quantities of boxes will be collected; make sure to break the boxes down before placing
them out on the curb.
• Be sure to properly dispose of any non-recyclable items that you won’t be taking with you.
Take household hazardous waste to the Orange County Landfill to properly dispose of cleaners, paints, automotive supplies and other hazardous items.

KICKBALL – ADULT FALL LEAGUE
Activate your urge for variety! Aqua Zumba offers fun, shallow-water movement
to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and
endurance conditioning. This 60-minute class combines some of the traditional
elements of aqua fitness with the upbeat, Latin-infused dance moves. You don’t
want to miss this pool party.

The outdoor lap swim program gives adults the chance to take to the water for

JULY IS SMART IRRIGATION MONTH
July is typically the month of peak demand for water for lawns, gardens and landscapes in North America. For this reason, the Irrigation Association has designated
July “Smart Irrigation Month,” focusing its national campaign to increase water-use efficiency during the time of year that water is most often wasted. Save money,
save water and see better results by following these simple practices:
• Select plants wisely.
• Check your irrigation system for broken or misdirected sprays.
• Turn off or reduce irrigation of established plants.
• Check your rain sensors and make sure your controller is set to irrigate no more than two days a week.
• Consider upgrading your system using microirrigation and soil moisture sensors.

“TOP CHOICE” EXHIBITION
Artwork at its finest! At the 3rd Annual Top Choice Exhibitions, artists are invited to submit
their best pieces of work. Winners of the Top Choice awards in all categories including 2D,
3D and Photography will be announced on opening night. Vote for your favorite piece of
work, which will receive the People’s Choice Award. The exhibition runs until the end of July.

Each week at SOBO’s Summer Camp will be a unique experience under the guidance of
Lenore Eastham, certified art educator. Your child will explore various mediums and produce
a variety of types of art while creating lasting memories and their very own masterpieces.

Get your questions answered at the next Citizens Police
Academy class!
The nine-week class is instructed by Winter Garden police
officers and staff who will discuss such topics as crime
prevention, defensive tactics and investigations. Class
participants will also be eligible to go on a ride along with
an officer!
Anyone 18 years or older interested in participating can

Street. You must be a resident or work in the City of Winter
Garden in order to attend.

LIFE DRAWING WEEKLY CLASS
Life Drawing is set up so that participants can “drop-in” with no prior commitment. Pose

instruction will be provided. All attendees must be at least 18 years old.
