First Semester
 This program is a great opportunity to make your life successful
 Try to benefit from this program as much as it is possible
 Pass GMAT or GRE and insure your place in the program
 Select the courses that will help your career in the future
 Learn German Language!
 Selection of the partner university (With the hitherto experience in a
search for the new one). Select the partner university according to the
courses that they offer there and your individual goal of internalization.
Go to some country that offers you a completely different experience
than one that you have acquired so far.

Second Semester
 Selection of the courses for the second semester
 Preparation for the partner university
 Selection of the courses at the partner university
(Take a look at the web site of the university before you
go for your exchange semester and see which courses
do they offer there. Make a plan which ones you are
going to do when you go for your exchange semester)
 Finalization of the first year (Everything what you can
do today don’t leave for tomorrow)

Third (Exchange) Semester
 Try to benefit from the semester abroad
 Make contacts, meet people, talk with professors….
 Engage yourself in different activities, cultural, sport
 Learn about the culture
 Study hard and don’t party so much because you will hit
your head of the wall
 Try to learn foreign language! Chinese, French, Italian….
 Start to search for an internship!

Fourth Semester (Finalization of the program)
 Internship – It will be good if you find an internship according to your
future job preferences. One which will give you an initial step toward
your future job.
 Master thesis – Define a topic which will be possibly connected with
something that you will do in the future. If it is possible find a company
which whom you will write your master thesis. Writing a thesis with the
company will be definitely beneficial for you once you start to search
for a job.
 Future – It depends mostly on everything you have done in the last
two or more years during the IBDEM Master’s Programme !!!
