there will be another physical night at Pleasant Valley High in Valhalla Gym on
Thursday, May 18th at 6:00pm. Student athletes currently in grades 8-11 from any
school who plan to play high school sports in CUSD next year may attend either site for
a physical. Students must download the Physical Form from the HIGH SCHOOL
website (under “Athletic Forms”) or the electronic version on the CUSD website and
have the Physical Form completed (all signature lines must be filled out) prior to
having a physical. The $10.00 for the physical is to help offset the cost of the Athletic
Trainer at each site.
