Step 1 Step 2 Please go to http://www.railindustryworker.com.au and click on “Register/Login” in the top menu bar. Enter your company’s name in the search field, then select “Search.” Once on the home page for the Rail Industry Worker Competency Management System, enter your login details and click “Login.” page 4 Please note, only users associated with multiple companies will see this screen, all others will go straight from step 1 to step 3. MANAGING ROLES - NEW EMPLOYEES Step 3 Step 4 On the home page, select “Manage Roles” from the dashboard tiles or the side menu. Select “Add New Employee.” page 5 MANAGING ROLES - NEW EMPLOYEES Step 5 Step 6 Enter all of the employee’s details, then select “Save and Close.” Select “Checkout” to add the employee to your cart, then select “Checkout.” page 6 MANAGING ROLES - NEW EMPLOYEES Step 7 Step 8 Select your preferred payment method, then select “Checkout.” Once you have completed your payment, download a copy of your invoice and select “Continue Processing Other Employees” to continue your employee’s profile and upload all required documentation. The employee will receive their ID Check documentation by email, however to download a copy now, select “ID Check.” page 7 MANAGING ROLES - NEW EMPLOYEES Step 9 Step 10 Select “Continue” to continue your employee’s profile and upload all required documentation. Select “Add New Role.” page 8 MANAGING ROLES - NEW EMPLOYEES Step 11 Select the role/s that you wish to add to this employee by clicking on the role/s. Once all roles have been selected, click “Add # Roles.” page 9 MANAGING ROLES - NEW EMPLOYEES Step 12 Step 13 You will now be required to upload mandatory documentation for the role/s you are adding. To view the mandatory documentation required for each role, click on the role. page 10 MANAGING ROLES - NEW EMPLOYEES Step 14 Step 15 Upload each mandatory document by clicking on the name of the required document. Select “Add Document” to upload the document from your computer, enter all information, then select “Save.” Edit any saved information by selecting “Renew Document.” page 11 To continue, select “Next.” MANAGING ROLES - NEW EMPLOYEES Step 16 Continue uploading all mandatory documentation for the competency. Once all documentation has been uploaded and any questions answered, select “Submit.” Role, Competency and Upload Status Red: Working towards; Competency documentation or information is required. Blue: Competency documents have been successfully uploaded and are waiting verification. MANAGING ROLES - EXISTING NEW EMPLOYEES EMPLOYEES Step 3 Step 4 On the home page, select “Manage Roles” from the dashboard tiles or the side menu. Find the employee you wish to update roles for by scrolling through the list of employees on the left. Alternatively, search for an employee by entering a fragment of their name in the search field. Once you have found the correct employee, click on them to manage their roles. page 15 MANAGING ROLES - EXISTING NEW EMPLOYEES EMPLOYEES Step 5 Step 6 When the pop up displays with the employees’ personal information select “Confirm.” On the right side, click on the employee to manage their roles. page 16 MANAGING ROLES - EXISTING NEW EMPLOYEES EMPLOYEES Step 8 Select the role/s that you wish to add to this employee by clicking on the role/s. Once all roles have been selected, click “Add # Roles.” Step 7 Select “Add New Role.” page 17 MANAGING ROLES - EXISTING NEW EMPLOYEES EMPLOYEES Step 9 Step 10 You will now be required to upload mandatory documentation for the role/s you are adding. To view the mandatory documentation required for each role, click on the role. page 18 MANAGING ROLES - EXISTING NEW EMPLOYEES EMPLOYEES Step 11 Step 12 Upload each mandatory document by clicking on the name of the required document. Select “Add Document” to upload the document from your computer, enter all information, then select “Save.” Edit any saved information by selecting “Renew Document” or download the file currently uploaded against the competency by selecting “Download Existing Document.” To continue, select “Next.” page 19 MANAGING ROLES - EXISTING NEW EMPLOYEES EMPLOYEES Step 13 Continue uploading all mandatory documentation for the competency. Role, Competency and Upload Status Red: Working towards; Competency documentation or information is required. Blue: Competency documents have been successfully uploaded and are waiting verification.
