FREE AGENTS
OVERVIEW




Individuals not on a team but interested in playing Intramural Sports can register as a “Free
Agent” for a specific activity in IMLeagues
You can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions within a league as you’d like
You will be visible to all members of the site and can request to join teams, or post information
about yourself so teams can request to add you to their team
Team captains can view and request free agents to join their team at any time
GETTING STARTED



Log into IMLeagues from the Reily Center website using your Tulane-issued ID and password
o http://www.reilycenter.com/index.php/intramuralsports/registration/
Go to the Tulane Intramural Sports page in IMLeagues
Select the sport you are interested in signing up as a free agent
PICKING A LEAGUE





Once you select a sport, use the green Register/Signup dropdown option to select Free Agent.
A free agent can select as many leagues and/or divisions as they are available to play in.
Remember, each activity has certain eligibility guidelines regarding the number of leagues you
can play in.
Once picked up as a Free Agent, if your eligibility is being used, remove yourself from the Free
Agent list.
Consult the Participant Handbook or Sport-Specific rule books for more.
BECOMING A FREE AGENT


Before posting your listing, accept the terms and conditions box. This is also your participation
Waiver Agreement.
Feel free to add information about yourself so teams know your skill level, interest, or position.
FREE AGENT STATUS




You have now successfully been listed as a free agent!
Captains will be able to view your status from their team home page.
They will extend invites via email from IMLeagues so don’t ignore those messages!
Free Agents can also contact team captains if they so wish. A simple way of doing this is by
downloading our FREE Intramural Sports smartphone app, REC*IT!
