PARENTAL GUARANTOR FORM
 The Landlord requires a Parental Guarantor Form for each student.
 If your son or daughter falls into arrears with their rent, you will be required to cover their
debt.
 Should the deposit not cover all damage and rent arrears, at the end of their tenancy you
will become liable for their share.
 Please complete the form below and return it to us, TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF A
RECENT UTILITY BILL TO VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS
 Receipt of this form and quarterly post dated rent cheques is required before the
Tenancy Agreement may be signed
 The Property Information Sheet gives rent details and our Terms and Conditions.
 Please note that £50 will be deducted from deposits for any bounced cheque.
 A copy of the Tenancy Agreement and this form is available on line.
 We would like to advise you that authenticity of guarantors will be checked and if found to
be invalid, the tenants will lose the right to rent the property
