Golden Ticket Drawings:
“Golden Tickets” may be deposited into a drawing drum located in a designated area every
Saturday in March, 2016 beginning at 1:00pm; drawings at 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Golden Tickets
that are not claimed on the day they are awarded will be forfeited. Guests must pick their Golden
Tickets up when they activate the prize on the self-serve kiosk. Saturdays at 3:00pm and 6:00pm
ten (10) winning “Golden Tickets” will be drawn for the prizes listed below. Winners need not be
present to win but have until 6:00 p.m. the following day to claim their prize. The last name, first
initial, and Rock Star Rewards account numbers will be posted at the Players Club.

Promotional Period:
1. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park will conduct the “$1,500,000 Swipe & Shout!!” 9:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m.
daily beginning Tuesday, March 1, 2016 through March 31, 2016.
2. All times referred to throughout these rules are Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Eligibility:
1. Must be a member of the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Rock Star Rewards (unless otherwise noted) to
participate and claim all prizes.
2. Must be 21 years of age or older to obtain a Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Rock Star Rewards card.
3. No purchase necessary to receive a Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Rock Star Rewards card.
4. A valid government issued photo ID is required to verify age and identity.
Giveaway Dates & Prizes
1. March 1-31, 2016, of the promotional period from 9:00am through 11:00pm daily members of the Hard Rock Rocksino
Northfield Park Rock Star Rewards may swipe their card at any self-service kiosk located at the Players Club or the
Promotion stage. Members can swipe their card, enter their PIN, select “Current Offers”, and reveal a daily prize, and
then activate it. Random prizes may include:

Rewards Point multipliers ranging from 2X to 10X
Hard Rock Live concert Tickets
Club Velvet show tickets
One (1) and two (2) Free Buffet offers for lunch or dinner
Food credits prizes may range from $5 to $100

Golden Tickets
Tuesdays and Thursdays will consist of “Pick your Prize”, in which participants will be awarded multiple prizes
of which they may select one of their own choosing.
Once activated all prizes may be redeemed as follows:
 Point multipliers, Rewards points, and Free Play offers can all be viewed and/or redeemed at any VLT
machine
 Concert and show tickets can be redeemed at the Rocksino box office
 Dining offers and discounts can be redeemed at the specified Rocksino restaurant outlet
 Gift cards can be received at the Rocksino Cashier Cage
 Rock Shop offers and discounts may be redeemed at the Rock Shop
 “Golden Tickets” will be printed upon activation at the Players Club and must be requested from a Players
Club representative. “Golden Tickets” will be printed upon activation at the Promotions Stage kiosks where
players can retrieve them from the kiosk station printer. It is the player’s responsibility to claim or retrieve
their “Golden Tickets” and all tickets not claimed by 11:00 p.m. the day they are awarded will be forfeited for
purposes of being eligible for the Saturday drawings held at 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
2. Newly enrolled Rock Star Rewards members are awarded the existing New Sign Up offer. They are also eligible to
participate in the random Swipe-N-Win prizes the following day beginning at 9:00am except for those enrolling on
March 31, 2016 when the promotion ends at 11:00p.m.
3. Free Play prizes are valid for a 30-day period from the date of the award. Once downloaded and activated to the
recipient’s account for use on any VLT machine, members have seventy-two (72) hours to use the downloaded
amounts.
4. Food credits are valid for a 7-day period from the date of the award.
5. “Golden Ticket” entries are valid for drawings at 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays, March 5, 12, 19, & 26, 2016.

7. Odds of winning in any promotion depend on number of eligible participants. Void where prohibited.
8. A valid photo ID will be required to claim and obtain any and all prizes. A valid photo ID is defined as a Driver’s
License; State issued identification card, Military ID, Passport, and or Green Card; all of which have not yet reached
the date of expiration.
9. Winners are responsible for all licensing, fees and taxes. The value of the prize may be considered taxable income.
For prizes $600 or above guests will be required to fill out an IRS 1099 Form, and a subsequent W-9 if necessary,
and verifies Social Security Number on all cash and cash value prize winnings. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park
assumes no liability once prize has been released to the winner and all appropriate paperwork has been completed.
10. Participants may request a copy of all winnings in the same calendar year. This form is for Miscellaneous Income, per
IRS Tax Regulations and must be reported if winnings are more than $600 in the same calendar year. No
substitutions of any prize or transfer of a prize is permitted. If winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance
with these Official Rules, disqualification will result with an alternate winner being selected. Hard
11. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be
tampering with the entry process of the operation of the drawing and giving false information, resulting in violation of
the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten,
or harass any other person.
12. Cage and Marketing employees will issue the Cash, Certificate or Gift prize after checking for valid governmentissued photo identification. Employees are required to complete all required State and Federal documentation
including but not limited to Title 31 Requirements and prize acceptance forms, as necessary.
General Rules:
1. Participants agree to the use of his or her first name, city & state and photograph for advertising and promotional
purposes without charge or additional compensation.
2. Persons on the Hard Rock Rocksino Self Exclusion List are not eligible to participate in this program.
3. Employees of the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies, and those
family members who reside in the same household are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Employees of
Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property
and their immediate family members, tour operators, their agents and employees as well as agents of advertising
agencies and promotional companies, their immediate family members, agents, successors and assignees may not
participate in any Rocksino promotion whereby their winning would subsequently cause another Hard Rock Rocksino
Rock Star Rewards member to miss an opportunity to win a promotional prize or gift.
4. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, cash, coupons, or lost/misdirected
mail.
5. All prizes and program benefits are not transferable between patrons unless otherwise noted. Determination will be
made at the sole discretion of Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park.
6. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park may disqualify any person based upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of
program rules or other misconduct.
7. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park reserves the right to refuse prize awards and/or complimentary redemptions if it
is determined that the true cardholder is not present or that coupons or a complimentary reward has been changed,
altered or tampered with in any way.
8. Participation in a promotion or program with a Rock Star Rewards Card that is not assigned to the participant voids
any awards and/or prizes.
9. Play or activity without the use, or improper use of a valid Rock Star Rewards card will not be counted.
10. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure their Rock Star Rewards card is used properly in accordance with these
rules.
11. Use of the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Rock Star Rewards card indicates acceptance of these Official Rules.
Furthermore, participation in this promotion constitutes entrant’s agreement to abide by the rules of the promotion.
12. Participation in this promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to use and/or publicize of the winner’s name and/or
likeness for advertising and promotional material.
13. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park reserves the right to award bonus entries via advertising, direct mail or other
promotional means.
14. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud or violation of
promotional rules or other misconduct related to the promotion or otherwise.
15. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park
management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned and that decision shall be final and
binding to all contestants.
16. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Management reserves the right to void any entry, and or alter, cancel or modify
this promotion at any time without prior notice.
17. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park is not responsible for any player tracking system malfunctions or failures.
However, in the event of such an occurrence, Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park will provide entries for VLT players
in a manner deemed fairest by management.
18. If unforeseen and unavoidable technical difficulties occur such as power outages, kiosk malfunctions, etc., Hard Rock
Rocksino Northfield Park reserves the right to select winners through an alternate random method or reschedule the
drawing to next available time or date.
19. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Management in a manner deemed by them
to be the fairest outcome for all concerned. That decision shall be final and binding to all participants. In addition, Hard
Rock Rocksino Northfield Park reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program at any time without prior
notice.
20. Any change or cancellation of the program must be approved by the Ohio Lottery Commission prior to the change or
cancellation.
21. By participating in the Promotion, members agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official
Rules, or the Promotion itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Hard Rock
Rocksino Northfield Park, whose decisions are binding and final. Winners may be required to complete, execute and
return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or a Press Release. Participants agree to hold harmless the Hard Rock Rocksino
Northfield Park from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and
property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use of misuse of the prize,
participation in any drawing related activity, or participation in a drawing. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park is not
responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by their advertising or promotional agencies.
