discussed between staff, I was motivated by Mina's delivery techniques relaxed, non-judgemental and encouraging.”

employer as a first class Trainer.”
Programme:
This 2 day programme is designed for those in a leadership role or aspiring to a leadership
role. Content of the programme is loosely based around key topics of leadership
fundamentals including situational leadership skills, team motivation and dealing with
difficult situations. Although there is a programme outline, the days will be used to discuss
issues affecting members or concerns that they have in pursuing their goals of leadership
excellence. This flexible approach will ensure that the course content meets the needs of
both those attending the course and the workplace. There is a one week break between
delivery dates to allow for a period of self reflection on topics discussed. The experienced
MidasWorks trainers recognise the importance of transferring the knowledge and skills from
the classroom back to the workplace and this is a strong priority in this learning
experience.
Programme Delivery:
The course is designed with one week in between each of the training sessions to allow for
a period of self reflection and gives clients the opportunity to digest the classroom based
learning and contextualise it to their work roles.
Blended Learning – For those who cannot commit 2 days out:
For anyone that cannot attend the four days, a blended learning opportunity is being
offered. This will involve issue of materials and 1:1 discussions either face to face or using
an online medium such as skype. This can be arranged at any time to suit the client.
Training Materials:
All training materials have been written to meet the needs of the course and will be useful
as a future reference for clients.
