After you have purchased a parking permit, this may be used to waive the fine for one parking citation
issued to your vehicle for one of the following citations within the last 14 calendar days:
 04 - No Campus Decal
 07 - Overtime Parking
 12 - Expired Registration/Inspection (see website for further rules regarding waiving)
This card can only be used by the permit purchaser. The number of cards available equals the number
of semesters for which your permit is valid (1 for fall, spring, summer permits, 3 for annual permits).
Complete this card and return it with the citation within 14 calendar days of issuance of the citation.
Vehicle must have been parked in an area authorized for the type of permit purchased.
