GCFC PAST PLAYERS AND OFFICIALS MEMBERSHIP GROUP
The Gawler Central Football Club is seeking to establish a Past Players and Officials network to kick
off in 2015. Our objectives are to:
Provide a social network that allows past players to:

Re-connect with this great club where we all enjoyed playing football.
Arrange social functions/gatherings/celebrations on match days, especially on rivalry rounds
such as South & Willaston.
Conduct reunions of successful or important times/achievements in the Club’s history. For
example, a reunion of the premiership sides.
Hold an annual Past Players and Officials luncheon.
We are encouraging all our past players and officials to support the club by taking out a Club
1889 Membership for Season 2015 at an annual cost of $50.
Club 1889 Membership includes
• Club membership and voting rights,
• Free entry to the annual Club 1889 lunch/dinner
• Regular updates of club news and team results
• Club 1889 key ring
The first function for the year will be held on the 20th June in the new greyhound facility overlooking
the oval when we play Willaston (under lights) and will incorporate a reunion of the B Grade 1994 &
2005 Premiers.
Even if you can't make this event, please consider that a Club 1889 Membership is a way of offering
your financial support to your club.
