2017 State Softball Information Sheet
Please read the following information carefully.
Due Date: 1A-2A-3A state qualifiers must have team photos and this information sheets to Heidi Reed
([email protected]) by 10:00 a.m. Tuesday. Class 4A-5A state qualifiers must have this information sheet and team
photos to Heidi Reed by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday.
QuikStats:
State qualifiers in classes 1A, 2A, & 3A must have Quikstats updated by noon, Tuesday, July 11. Class 4A & 5A
state qualifiers must have Quikstats updated by noon, Wednesday, July 12.
Rosters and season results will be retrieved from the QuikStats (www.quikstatsiowa.com) website.
Rosters will be retrieved from the QuikStats website. BE SURE THE INFORMATION (spelling, year, jersey
number) IS CORRECT. IF THE INFORMATION IS WRONG IN QUIKSTATS, IT WILL BE WRONG IN THE
PROGRAM!!
PLEASE E-MAIL ANY QUIKSTATS ROSTER CORRECTIONS (spelling, etc.) THAT NEED TO BE MADE TO JASON
ESLINGER ([email protected]).
Coaches must also e-mail a team photo with photo ID to Heidi Reed at [email protected]. Please keep the
size of the photograph to under 5 mb. When sending the team photo, please be sure to send along a document
that identifies everyone in the team picture.
