1. the D Las Vegas’ “Win Derek’s 2017 Viper GT” promotional giveaway runs from January 3, 2017 until September
2, 2017 with eight (8) monthly qualifier drawings one (1) each month January through August. The grand prize
2017 Dodge Viper GT giveaway is Saturday, September 2.

D Players Club members earn drawing entries as follows:
One (1) drawing entry
Every 100 points earned
playing slots or video poker
One (1) drawing entry
Every blackjack with a
$100 minimum wager
One (1) drawing entry
Every $300 in daily keno play
D Players Club members must have their card active in a machine to earn points to receive drawing entries.
Tickets earned playing slots or video poker may be claimed at the D Players Club during regular club hours.
Tickets earned playing blackjack will be distributed directly from table games pit management. Tickets earned
playing keno will be distributed directly from keno management. All non-winning tickets are discarded at the
end of each monthly drawing. Tickets are non-transferrable.
3. Three (3) winners advance each month into the grand prize drawing barrel. An additional twenty-four (24)
contest participants advance based on top monthly gaming activity as determined by contest officials using any
one or combination of the following: actual win; total theoretical win; average daily theoretical win; total coinin. Some winners of contests, tournaments and special events may be entered into drawings for a chance to
receive auto qualifying entries, or receive auto qualifying entries as part of a prize package. In the event an auto
qualifier is unable to attend the grand prize drawing, management reserves the right to replace the contestant
with another name from the top monthly gaming activity list(s) noted above up to 24-hours prior to the final
drawing September 2, 2017.
4. Players may advance more than one qualifying drawing entry into the grand prize drawing.
5. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure all drawing entries are filled out completely with name, D Players Club
number and telephone number. Any unauthorized drawing entries are null and void.
6. The drawing barrel is located at the D Players Club and will close for entries thirty (30) minutes prior to the
monthly qualifier drawing. No drawing entries will be accepted after the drum closes. Need not be present to
win monthly qualifier drawing. Winners not present will be notified by contest officials. Any monthly qualifier
winner who is present will receive a $500 gas card. Monthly qualifier drawings are at the D Players Club.

10. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN GRAND PRIZE. On September 2, 2017 at 6:00 PM, the total of monthly qualifier
winners who are present for the grand prize drawing, and have checked in with contest officials, each receive
one (1) box for each of the qualifying grand prize drawing tickets he or she has in the final barrel. One of the
boxes will have the key to the 2017 Dodge Viper GT, and the person whose box contains the key is the winner of
the contest. Tickets will be drawn randomly from the final drawing barrel to determine the order the contest
participants will select a box.
11. Grand prize drawing participants are eligible to win a share of up to $5,000 in free slot play or play-till-you-lose
promotional table chips prior to the grand prize drawing by earning drawing tickets playing slots, keno or table
games from 12 Noon Thursday, August 31, until 4 PM Saturday, September 2, 2017. A maximum of ten (10)
$500 prizes will be awarded. Participants may only win once. Winners taking promotional chips will receive five
(5) $100 chips.
12. Vehicle winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, licensing, transport and DOC fees relating
to the vehicle.
13. By participating in this promotion, participants give their permission to the D Las Vegas to use their names,
photographs, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes.
14. Must be a D Players Club member to participate, membership is free. Employees of the D Las Vegas, Golden
Gate Hotel and Casino, Downtown Las Vegas Events Center or their immediate family members are not eligible
to participate.
15. the D Las Vegas reserves all rights to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. All disputes
will be settled by management, and management is the sole and final judge.
