Search by: Roll Number, Owner Name, Property Location or Street Name
Basic Search
Includes options to Lookup and search by: Roll Number, Name, Street Name,
Street Number, Postal Code or a portion of the Legal Description.

Search results are displayed on the Multi-Property Screen.

Roll Numbers
Roll Numbers are 19-digits (1801-010-018-00534-0000)
•
First 4 digits represent the Municipality
(e.g. 1801 is the City of Pickering)
•
Primary Roll Numbers (end in ‘0000’)
include information about the property and the owner
•
Statistical Subordinates (end in ‘0010’, ‘0001’, ‘0002’etc)
include statistical information about the occupants of the
property, including school support information
•
Assessable Subordinates (end in ‘9801’, ‘9802’ etc.)
includes information for municipal taxation purposes
School Support Details
Provides basic information about the property, including the
Owner, Property Location, Mailing Address, School Support, etc.

Sale Details
Provides current and historical sales information.
Structure Details
Displays structure information for residential, farm and multi-residential
properties (this information is not available for comm. or ind. properties.

Displays soil information for farm properties.

Accessing Reports
The Electronic Assessment Information files and the three
Reports are available to School Boards.
Control Totals
Provides information about the number of Households in each
municipality and cumulative total for all selected municipalities.
New Roll Entry Report
Includes details about newly severed parcels created on MPAC’s
database and the Assessment Roll Number for each parcel.

Population Report
Provides the current population by school support.

Users can also COPY the Population Report and PASTE to Excel.
