DIY CEILIDH
It works like this… this is your chance to play or call at our end of season May ceilidh.
Play an instrument? Play for the dancing. Musicians will be on stage working with a
“bandmaster” playing well known tunes. Like last year, Gill Shiell will be co-ordinating the
musicians. Please come along and join in. Any queries contact us.
Your chance to call – fancy calling a dance or two? Have a go if you’ve never had the
opportunity before. Let us know in advance or just turn up. We’ll put a list of callers up – sign
up on the night if you’ve not already notified us.
Entrance on the night is free for musicians & callers and £5 for everyone else… plus kids (under
16) get in FREE!
DIY Ceilidh theme night!
We are finishing the season with a chance to dress up again if you want to! As it’s the last ceilidh
in the season, we thought “Summer Holiday”.
Wear Hawaiian shirts, shorts, sun hats, sunglasses, Hawaiian leis, grass skirts… all optional of
course. Lots of dancing as always but a good laugh as well to finish the season memorably!
All callers and musicians welcome to join in with the theme and make it a really good night.
