1 Champion and drive policy and investment in coaching.
Defining the Objective
(What We Need to Do by 2017)
1.1 Help decision makers in government and Partner agencies to understand the
contribution that skilled coaching can make to their strategies.
1.2 Work with sports councils and other Partners to embed coaching in their plans
and invest appropriately.
1.3 Drive the implementation of the UK Coaching Framework vision of Excellent
Coaching Every Time for Everyone.
To drive the development of sports coaching in the UK.

5 Ensure an effective UK coaching agency through quality leadership, good
