traditional teachings and the importance of fostering healthy relationships among
Aboriginal youth. The Committee’s vision is to reclaim our traditional and rightful place
in the Sacred Circle of Life, by promoting ownership, accountability and selfdetermination in keeping with our teachings, values and roles as Aboriginal women,
men, and youth within our families and communities.
