Quarter Four

We received 27 Compliments from Customers for all NEDDC Services for the period
January 2016 to March 2016. Here’s a Selection of customer compliments in appreciation of
the excellent services we provided for them
We received a total of 5 compliments “for Excellent Service”
for the Street Scene Team.
One Customer said in their compliment letter:
‘Thank you to the bin men for cheering up my son - who was
at home from school poorly on collection day. When they saw
him watching them from the window they all took time to wave
and smile at him – it made his day”
“Thank you”
Customer Services received 8 Compliments for their excellent
service during this period.
The compliments we received ranged from praise for
sympathetic help and care for a lady waiting in reception – to
another lady - thanking all Customer Service staff for their help
in issuing replacement Gold Cards to her as she was always
losing them.
All compliments we received - praised the team for their
efficient and caring approach to dealing with various issues
both over the telephone and face to face on at Reception.
Two customers wanted to record their thanks for help
and assistance they received on polling day in May.
Also to say a huge “ thank you” to all the election team
for the smooth running of the elections
A Customer called us to compliment the Planning
Team on their effective management of his
Planning Application. He really appreciated being
kept informed of the progress of his application throughout the whole process and given the
opportunity to respond to comments from
consultees during the determination period.
We received 3 Compliments were received for our
Environmental Heath Pest Control Team - one
was from a resident who had a problem with a
wasp’s nest which was holding up building work:
“The gentleman actually came out to remove the
wasps nest on the day telephoned Customer
Services
“This was excellent - the best service I have ever
had!”
