steps on to play 2v1
Ball goes out of play new group plays
One team attacks one defends then
switch roles
Play quickly
KEYS
 Player off ball makes run
 Player on ball makes decision – shoot, pass
or dribble?
 Does first touch go towards goal? Is it
threatening goal?
 What is the relationship between the two
attackers
 Too tight makes it easier to defend
and speeds up play
 To far away and it give defender time
to recover
