YEAR 12 ASSESSMENT PLANNER - SEMESTER 2, 2016







Assessment dates have been decided based on teachers’ planned teaching programs and meet the requirements of the
Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA).
The Block Exam period is non-negotiable.
DO NOT organise any appointments or other commitments when exams scheduled.
All assessment must be completed by the required date. If students experience difficulty in meeting the due date for any
assessment item, they are to firstly advise their teacher and then make an appointment to discuss the matter with the Head of
the Department of that subject, before the due date of the assessment item.
Any student who is unable to complete an examination is required to have a medical certificate, but must still complete the
assessment item at the earliest available opportunity.
The school’s policy on late and non-submitted assessment will be applied to students who fail to complete the required
assessment items. The Cancellation of Enrolment process may be applied to students who consistently fail to complete the
course requirements of their program of study.
All concerns or matters relating to students in Years 11 & 12 can be directed to Mr Forster (HOD - Senior Schooling).
