Ship stability follows theories and concepts of naval architecture.
Therefore, to be trained allow you to define this stability and thus
to make up the ship stability booklet.
Objectives :
 To use calculation methods to review the stability of ships
 To create a stability booklet and incorporate regulation aspects
Programm :
 Theory and basics notions used in naval architecture
 Intact stability : calculation methods, use of results in relation with the design
 Damaged stability : calculation methods, buoyancy, subdivision, residual
stability in relation with the design
 Inclining test: principles, realisation, result interpretations
 Stability booklet creation : document form, calculation presentation, regulation
aspect
Length of Training : 3 days
Concerned persons : Surveyors and technicians of design offices
Rate : 950 € Exclusive VAT by trainee
. For intra & inter-company, a minimum of 6 trainees is required.
