How do we Maintain our Facilities
EH Parish Council provides a grant to help towards the grass cutting and general maintenance eg of the play equipment. Monies raised by EH Flower Show
and the 100 Club are used to pay a contractor to keep the Play Area tidy and to
support the play area expenditure. HVCC use their machinery (and volunteers)
to cut the grass for a modest annual charge.
Otherwise we depend on income from bookings and the use of volunteers to
meet running costs, to maintain the pavilion and keep the field in decent repair.
A Play Area team is currently planning major improvements to the Play Area
equipment which will require a major fundraising exercise.
