U12 Club South Classic Volleyball Tournament

Location: Mount Spokane High School

Hours: Doors open 7:00AM
Coaches Meeting 7:30AM Pool play begins promptly 8:00AM
Food: Outside food is allowed inside the school, but must remain within the common, nonplaying areas. The only liquid allowed in the playing areas will be water (coffee is not
water).
Please be respectful of the facility by cleaning-up your area at the end of the day.
Tournament Play:
Each match will begin 10 minutes after the previous match has
finished.
Warm-ups are 5-5 for the first 2 rounds of pool play and then 3-3 after that. Serving
must be done in this time. Matches will consist of 2 out of 3 sets. The first 2 sets are to 25
points with no cap. The 3rd set, if needed, will be to 15 points with no cap. Points in bracket
play will determine the winner of a tie. If there is a tie in points, the winner of the tie will be
determined by a coin flip.
Match results will be posted near the tournament desk as matches are completed. Please have
your score keepers return completed match score sheets to the tournament desk and pick up
another set for the following match.
Following the round of pool play, there will be a single-elimination Championship Bracket
(placement depending on pool play results).
You will be required to referee the next match on
your court if you lose during the playoffs.
