Kansas Soccer Camp FAQ 1. Are there refunds? Please read our refund policy for your specific situation. 2. Is there a paper registration? No, we are doing all registrations electronically starting in 2014. 3. Can I pick roommates and/or suitemates for my child? Yes, please make sure to complete this section on the online registration. Kansas Soccer Camp will try to honor requests, but there are no guaruntees. 4. What happens if I forget my Active login or password? Please contact Active directly. Kansas Soccer Camp does not have access to this information. 5. I registered for a camp, but I changed my mind and want to go to a camp at a later date. What should I do? Send an email to [email protected] and submit your request. There will be a $10 camp transfer fee. 6. Will I receive a camp confirmation? Yes, you will get a confirmation immediately following your registration submission. Remember, your registration isn’t complete until you’ve paid in full and uploaded all the necessary medical documents. 7. What happens if my player needs an ankle taped? We have an athletic trainer at camp during the entire duration. Players must bring their own tape, or pay $3 per roll. 8. Can parents come watch camp? Yes, we welcome parents to come out and see what players are working on. Please refrain from coaching your player from the sideline.
