1. Alcohol Summit September 19-20th: VERY IMPORTANT!
a. Your chapter presidents MUST be in attendance, and there will be other members as well – that
information is TBD. Mandatory. Super mandatory. Did we mention how mandatory this is?
2. Serenades
a. Boys should be behaving – make sure they are and hold them to a high standard. Make sure that anything
inappropriate is reported to Hannah
3. New advisors: Roy and Troy
a. Welcome them both into our community! They are great!

1. Final Recruitment Council will be held either the end of September or early October. Please tell your recruitment
chairs to be on the look out for a survey monkey with dates
2. FFR Survey will be sent out this week to your new members!

3. FFR Budgets missing budgets from some chapters, please have them in ASAP. They were due Friday so please
remind your recruitment/financial people!!

4. Informal Recruitment (COR) if your chapter is participating in COR, please let us know! If you extend a bid, you

2. Greek Tutors contact list will be posted on Rock Chalk Central and emailed out very soon. There were some
chapters with no applicants, so I will keep the application live and please encourage your women to apply and
utilize this resource!
a. Please have women from your chapter apply, we normally have 125 tutors and we are under 50. This will
look great on a resume and will benefit our community greatly 
3. The scholarship banquet will be held Sunday December 6th, so mark your calendars!
